Kindle Fire Preferred Choice of iPad 2?
A survey shows, made Amazon's Kindle Fire preferred over Apple iPad 2. The survey from Retrevo says, there were 44 per cent prospective buyers who choose Kindle Fire Tablet.
The survey asked consumers purchase plan at the end of the holiday season of 2011 in the United States. One result, there are 69 percent of consumers who intend to buy a tablet.
Well from that figure, 44 percent said that considering buying Amazon Kindle Fire. While 12 percent said they just want to buy iPad 2. In addition, 44 percent of respondents said it was not enough to know about Amazon's tablet to take decisions.
This survey on the one hand can be regarded as an indicator of consumer preference on the tablet device with a more compact size. In addition to a smaller size, Kindle Fire also has a cheaper price in the range of 199 U.S. dollars compared to 499 dollars for the iPad 2.
Surely this survey can not be swallowed whole. In addition to Kindle Fire, U.S. consumers can choose Nook Tablet - not included in this survey - which is also cheaper than iPad 2.
